Comcast announced today that Beth Arnholt has rejoined the company in a new role as vice president of integrated talent management.
In this newly created position, Arnholt will work across Comcast Corporate, Comcast Cable and NBCUniversal on the design and implementation of a talent integration program on a company-wide basis. She reports to Comcast CFO and Vice Chairman Michael Angelakis.
Arnholt joined Comcast from BDC Consulting, where for the past five years she served as principal and owner and provided strategic human resources and organizational development counsel to a variety of companies, including Comcast Cable, Conectiv Energy, Bayada Home Health Care, The Reinvestment Fund, Versus and The Golf Channel.
Prior to BDC Consulting, she held various roles at Comcast Cable, most recently serving as vice president of human resources, and before that, vice president of recruiting and career development. She also held positions at Acsys Resources and Mobil Oil Corp.
“We are thrilled to welcome Beth back to Comcast,” Angelakis said. “She brings extensive human resources and talent management experience to this position and is the ideal leader to create an integrated talent program that will ensure we are developing the best opportunities for employees to succeed across our company.”
