Sunrise Communications AG, the largest private telecommunications provider in Switzerland, has deployed Incognito Software's Broadband Command Center to automate the delivery of broadband triple play services to its fixed-line subscribers.
Incognito said it simplified the interaction between the back office and broadband devices served across the network through a unified, redundant SOAP interface. This enabled Sunrise to deliver services to its subscribers in a geographically redundant and cost effective manner assuring increased security, performance, scalability and stability.
Additional cost reduction was achieved through the capabilities of "MACless "provisioning where subscriber and service identification can be translated from the back office down to the broadband device.
"We are very happy with the rollout of our centralized DHCP solution as it enables the innovative delivery of MACless provisioning across our network," said Andreas Pfisterer, CTO of Sunrise Communications AG. "Incognito fully supported the concepts that we envisioned and completed delivery of the solution to a very high standard. Sunrise is very satisfied by the outcome of our partnership with Incognito."
