Wealth TV has rendered one episode of "Wealth on Wheels Classic" in 3-D, and Verizon has picked it up as an on-demand program for its FiOS TV subscribers.
"As we progress with 3-D on FiOS TV, programming like this from WealthTV gives our customers a chance to see what 3-D on FiOS is really all about," said Tricia Lynch, director of content strategy and acquisition for Verizon. "Seeing the classic cars come to life in 3-D will make viewers feel like they're in the driver's seat."
The episode features the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center in Irvine, Calif., and highlights more than a dozen classic automobiles and the 2011 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG.
