CBS says it has hit another record high for weekly subscriber sign-ups for its All Access platform following the debut of Star Trek: Discovery last week, though the network is still not providing details on subscription numbers.

According to CBS, its All Access daily subscriber growth is up 200 percent year over year after the debut of Star Trek, which help set a record week following the premiere.

“Consumer response to the launch of Star Trek: Discovery has been tremendous,” Marc DeBevoise, president and COO at CBS Interactive, commented in a statement. “The build up to the show’s premiere led us to a record-setting month, week, and ultimately day of sign-ups. The second week of the series has also exceeded our expectations and is a credit to the brilliant and dedicated work of the show’s entire creative team and cast. We can’t wait for fans to see what comes next for the U.S.S. Discovery and its crew.”

CBS has set a goal to reach 8 million subscribers together for its streaming platforms All Access and Showtime OTT, fueled by original content like that of Star Trek, but so far the company has shied away from producing concrete subscriber numbers.

In February, Variety reported Showtime OTT had reached 1.5 million subscribers, with All Access nearing the same figure.

In a second quarter earnings call in August, the network said it anticipated to hit the 4 million mark by the end of this year.

“Our in-house over-the-top subscription services, CBS All Access and Showtime OTT, continue to grow beyond our expectations and are on track to surpass a combined 4 million subscribers by the end of 2017,” CBS Corp. Chairman and CEO Leslie Moonves noted in a statement.

Moonves also indicated the company plans to expand the All Access service internationally, beginning with Canada in the first half of 2018.
