Texas-based Grande Communications has extended its nearly 15-year relationship with CSG International by signing a new multi-year deal. Under the new extension, Grande will work with CSG to implement additional solutions to provide “a holistic IT landscape to support subscribers in Texas.”
CSG will also continue to offer a broad portfolio of managed services and licensed-based products to Grande, including CSG Workforce Express (WFX), which uses patented routing technologies and location-based services to support real-time communications among field technicians, dispatch operators, and customers.

We can respond quickly to our customers’ needs and that enables us to compete with the large-scale providers in our markets.

When we deliver services such as 1 Gig Internet, TiVo, and Netflix on TiVo, we want to make sure these offers work end-to-end and live up to the Grande customer pledge.”
Grande Communications has been locking horns with AT&T, Time Warner Cable and Google Fiber to provide 1-Gigabit speeds in some areas of Austin that it serves.
Grande also serves the following Texas communities: San Antonio, Dallas, San Marcos, Waco, Corpus Christi, Midland and Odessa.
