The Cable Center announced this morning that NetCracker Technology was named as a co-presenting sponsor of its Customer Experience Committee (C5.)
As a part of The Cable Center’s Customer Experience Central initiatives, the C5 is comprised of 25 invited members who represent leading cable operators in North America and Europe. Members include Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Cox Communications, Bright House Networks, Rogers Communications, Suddenlink Communications, and Liberty Global.
The C5 group meets in person twice a year, providing the industry’s senior customer experience management executives a forum to discuss common challenges, best practices, and the latest innovations, as well as the opportunity to learn about the newest customer care metrics and concepts from guest speakers. C5 member companies can then share the new information on customer care with others in their field and their corporate colleagues.

NetCracker Technology provides communications service providers and cable operators end-to-end BSS, OSS, and enterprise applications. Its customer roster includes Bright House Networks, Cox Communications, AT&T and Time Warner Cable.
