After almost a year of designing, building and testing, Charter Communications has re-launched its website.
The new corporate website, which features integrated entertainment, products and services information, was largely done in-house by Charter’s digital marketing team. Charter also took into account second-screen users when it re-designed its website, as well as adding an improved channel lineup tool.
"Our aim is to offer visitors a website that is easy to navigate and to follow, and to refresh the site with a dynamic look that reflects Charter today," said Alan Samson, senior vice president, marketing. "We wanted a web design with a simple yet contemporary feel, modernized graphics, and most importantly, enhanced ease of locating information on the website. Both our customers and potential customers must find information quickly and be able to arrive at where and what they want in a convenient and easy manner."
Charter said the new site also features a simplified path to purchase, making it easy for users to find offers; compare and complete orders entirely online or learn more about Charter TV apps, Premiums, sports programming, and TV service levels.
