In its first year as a channel partner, Hale Communications announced it was the top sales leader in the nation for Charter Business services.
“Hale Communications helped Charter Business launch our channel partner sales program and quickly ascended as a top performer,” said Michael Fair, Charter Business’ vice president of national channel sales. “Hale’s billing revenue is the highest of any partner in our program and is a testament to their sales focus and professionalism.”
St. Louis-based Hale Communications brokers telecom services for more than 30 carriers across the nation, including Level 3, AT&T, tw telecom and Windstream. Its portfolio includes T1, DS3, OCX, GigE and VoIP services, connections to services such as collocation, and telecom expense management.
Charter has made a concerted effort to expand its commercial services offerings and was rewarded with a 22 percent revenue increase in its most recent second quarter.
