Satview Broadband, an MSO that serves several rural areas in Nevada, said it is negotiating to buy up to five more nearby cable systems.

Additionally, Satview said it has acquired the remaining 50 percent of the Jackpot, Nev., system it did not own. Terms were not disclosed.

The company said it is currently in the process of reviewing five systems’ documentation, financials and market potential.

These systems are located in western states with close proximity to Satview's current operations. If these systems are acquired, the company's subscriber base would more than double.

SatView is a subsidiary of WENR Corp.
