After 20 years at Time Warner Cable, Jack Herbert has taken on a new role as the cable operator’s regional vice president of operations for its Midwest Market.
In his new role, Herbert will manage residential operations for the Midwest Market, which includes 9,600 employees who support 3.4 million customer relationships in 12 states.
Herbert most recently served as regional chief financial officer for Time Warner Cable’s East Region, which serves more than 1,300 cities in nine states, including Alabama, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
Herbert started his career with Time Warner Cable in 1992 in the role of vice president of finance for the Milwaukee division. In 2002, Jack was named group vice president of finance for Time Warner Cable divisions in Ohio, Tennessee, Texas and Los Angeles.
He served as president of the Wisconsin division in 2004, and president of network operations and engineering for the Midwest Region in 2009, and regional president of Time Warner Cable’s East Region in 2010.
