Avail-TVN has teamed up with Cox Communications to add UFC On Demand into Cox’s VOD lineup.

With the addition of Cox, UFC On Demand is in front of more than 32 million households.

"UFC is one of the most popular and fast-growing sports franchises around," said Bob Nocera, director of marketing and new video services for Cox Communications. "The addition of this content to our on-demand platform is one more way that Cox is enhancing the value of our service for subscribers."

UFC On Demand has three tiers of service:

  • UFC Free Zone – A free service that offers short features on mixed martial arts rules, fighting disciplines, styles and techniques
  • UFC Fight Zone – Offers UFC library fights at $2.99 per single fight or $3.99 for two fights that are available over a 24-hour period
  • UFC Event Zone – Offers full UFC events and specials, starting at $4.99 per title; this tier also includes recent UFC pay-per-view events.
