TiVo announced today that Anna Brunelle was named as the company’s chief financial officer.

Brunelle has been with TiVo for almost four years, and she most recently served as vice president of finance, controller and treasurer. During that time, her responsibilities consisted of all financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, purchasing, internal audit, financial reporting and planning. 

In her new role as CFO, she will report directly to TiVo President and CEO Tom Rogers.

Prior to joining TiVo, Brunelle held corporate controller positions at Broadvision, Adaptec, Roxio and Napster.
