Eitan Koter has been elevated to president of Scopus Video Networks, a maker of encoders, decoders and other digital video gear.
Koter, most recently Scopus' vice president of sales, will be tasked with "enhancing" the company's business operations and ensuring that the sales and marketing departments are on the same page.
In other personnel moves, Scopus also promoted Ovadia Cohen to vice president of business development and marketing, where he will head up partnerships and the defining of Scopus' next-gen product strategy. Cohen, who previously served as VP of marketing, and Koter both report to Scopus CEO Dr. Yaron Simler.
The management changes will enable Scopus to further pursue system solutions and reinforce its status in the OEM market, according to Simler.
