Shortly after Terayon Communication Systems CEO Dr. Zaki Rakib announced his intention to resign, another top exec at the broadband equipment firm will soon exit the broadband equipment vendor.
Douglas Sabella, Terayon's chief operating officer, is leaving the firm July 16 "to pursue other interests." Sabella has been Terayon's COO since July 2003.
Terayon said it has "no immediate plans" to seek a replacement for Sabella.
On the news, Terayon shares dipped 24 cents (10.67 percent) to $2.01 in early trading Monday.
