Canadian MSO Shaw Communications will tap OSS software from Telution to power a "triple play" service bundle that includes voice services.

Shaw will use Telution's COMX platform to handle order management and service assurance capabilities for voice services.

"Leveraging our success in cable TV and Internet deployment, we are beginning to put the pieces in place to deliver triple play bundles, and differentiate our offers on superior service delivery and customer support," said Shaw President Peter Bissonnette, in a release.

After finding success in the CLEC and ILEC sectors, Telution has since turned its attention to the cable industry with a Web-based platform that automates processes by hooking into operator backoffice and billing systems.
