Advancing its customer service and support initiatives for new services, Cox Communications said it will deploy the Broadband Resolution Suite, a system jointly developed by Support.com and Broadjump Inc.

The suite is designed to give cable customers "point-and-click" self-service capabilities starting from the time of service installation through the customer's lifecycle.

"We've learned that fast, personalized customer service is just as valuable to our subscribers as a fast network connection," said Cox Vice President of Customer Service Kimberly Edmunds.
