CaritaSoft has signed a multi-year contract with Cable Bahamas to provide its Customer Value Management (CVM) Suite solution to the island network provider. Cable Bahamas will use the suite to expand its support services.
"Cable Bahamas is using our CVM Suite to increase customer retention and revenue per customer, reduce total customer churn and gauge the success of marketing campaigns in real-time," said Michael D'Eath, president and chief executive officer of CaritaSoft, in a statement. "As they continue to expand service offerings, Cable Bahamas will be able to cross- and up-sell its new Internet services effectively, and begin to manage the 'value' of every customer."
CaritaSoft's CVM software lets Cable Bahamas connect demographic and internal databases, including billing, marketing and customer care. Cable Bahamas will utilize a customer information system and provide a single view of each customer. With this information, Cable Bahamas will be able to manage customer lifetime value, automate marketing campaigns, provide real-time offers and information to customer care and track and report business metrics.
