Comcast unlocks vault of Fox TV Everywhere content

Dish: Without wireless partner, selling spectrum an option

ThinkAnalytics doubles its revenue

Recent new customer signings include Cox, Swisscom, Unitymedia in Germany, Zon in Portugal and Nordic operator Canal Digital.
Ruckus hires Cisco Wi-Fi expert

Stephenson worked at Cisco for nearly 14 years within its Wireless Networking Business Unit, where he was responsible for the technical architecture of Hotspot 2.0.
TWC adds VOD content for PCs, Macs on Web browser

With the upgrade to TWCTV.com, Time Warner Cable is now serving up 4,000 VOD titles to subscribers.
SCTE offers 9 new or updated training courses

This year’s virtual lineup is a 35 percent increase over the 37 classes it offered last year.
Phone cos: Cell service holding up after storm

Report: Early Isis results warrant skepticism

FCC aims to improve completion rate of long-distance calls to rural areas

The NPRM is specifcally aimed at intermediate carries that complete long-distance calls for long-distance providers.
Idaho panel: Let telecoms call existing customers

Sprint posts record Q4 revenue, $1.3B loss

Verwaayen leaves Alcatel-Lucent amid $1.8B loss in 2012

Verwaayen made the announcement as the company reported a $1.8 billion loss for 2012. Verwaayen will not seek reelection as a director at the annual general meeting and will step down as CEO once a successful transition has been executed.
