Charter Communications and Comcast announced they were ditching the name SpinCo for the emerging cable company that will be spun off once the Comcast/Time Warner Cable merger and Charter/Comcast transactions are completed. Charter Communications announced it has signed a deal with management and technology consulting firm Sense Corp to create its next-generation enterprise data warehouse. Netflix Inc. has struck a deal with Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Distribution to run the television series "Gotham" worldwide following its first season.
