Dish concedes 5 MHz of uplink spectrum

In a filing with the FCC, Dish said it recognizes that the Commission desires to retain flexibility in the future use of the H-block.
Court rejects Verizon challenge to roaming rule

Public Knowledge: Increase OOBE limits on H-block

The approach would allow Dish to use the already approved 3GPP standard, whereas adjustment of the power levels would require modification of the approved standard.
Clear Talk purchases Verizon Wireless B-block spectrum

Ericsson files patent suit against Samsung

Rogers hires third-party company to test in-home broadband speeds
