Suddenlink reported third-quarter revenues of $511.9 million.
Judge rejects injunction against Dish DVR

The ruling was not released publically.
Cablevision’s Q3 overwhelmed by expenses

Third-quarter net revenue grew 1.2 percent to $1.685 billion. The loss was attributed to higher expenses associated with restructuring and compensation, as well as larger expenditures on paying down debt.
TWC’s video subs down, business services booming in Q3

Time Warner Cable’s net income increased to $808 million, or $2.60 a share, in the third quarter.
Shaw rebrands with logo, mascots

Spectrum sale, increase in data subs drive Comcast’s Q3 results

In its third-quarter earnings report, Comcast’s net income was $2.11 billion, or 78 cents per share.
Comcast scores VOD deal with The CW Network

Google reporting error reveals troubling Q3

EU regulators ask Google to change privacy policy

France's data protection agency led a European investigation into Google's new unified privacy policy.
