Cable One ups TV Everywhere with Synacor, bows guarantee program
Cable One has added more TV Everywhere content via an expanded agreement with Synacor, and it also announced a new 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee program.
Cable One signed on early last year with Synacor for its first crack at TV Everywhere services and a new customer Web portal. The expanded agreement included video content from HBO Go and Max Go, Foz, Hulu, Turner Broadcasting, and Big Ten Network. Synacor is providing cloud-based authentication and authorization through its cloud identity management platform, Cloud ID.

"With Synacor's solutions, Cable One subscribers can access the latest TV Everywhere shows, movies, sports and news right from one convenient location."
Cable One’s 30-day money-back guarantee program is similar to one by Time Warner Cable  that was announced earlier this week.
Cable One’s 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee is for new and existing customers who subscribe to any new service with the nation’s 10th-largest cable operator. Customers are eligible for the guarantee program whether they order one service, two services, equipment or a complete bundle.
