Cox's Campbell now in charge of all field operations
In addition to reorganizing its systems from 11 to nine , Cox also announced that Jill Campbell, senior vice president of operations, is now overseeing the entire field system.
Campbell's expanded role includes responsibility for all of Cox's field operations and the related Atlanta division support teams. Prior to her new role, Campbell led field operations for Cox's Eastern Division systems.
"Jill's 28 years with Cox and diverse roles in operations give her a broad and unique skill set for this important position," Cox chief operating officer Leo Brennan said. "Having a single person oversee all of our field operations will give us greater alignment in the competitive marketplace so we can best meet the needs of our customers."
Campbell has been with Cox since 1982, where she started as director of communications in the Oklahoma City system. She has served in multiple operational roles throughout the company, including vice president and general manager for Cox systems in Bakersfield and Santa Barbara, Calif., and Las Vegas; as vice president of customer operations in Phoenix; and as head of the central and eastern divisions.
