Time Warner Cable filling 170 new jobs in Albany
Time Warner Cable said a growing demand for its services triggered the need to add 170 full- and part-time jobs in its regional outbound center in Albany.
The new additions will more than double the current staff of 155 employees. According to various news reports in the area, the outbound center services customers in upstate New York, Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
The facility focuses on enhancing customer service though job follow-ups, product sales and customer service for residential customers.
“The expansion of our outbound center in Albany will support a more proactive outreach to Time Warner Cable’s customers in the northeast,” said Time Warner Cable regional vice president for operations John Quigley in a story by The Saratogian. “Customers are using our services to more than ever before and this dedicated team will further enhance our customers’ experience.”
Time Warner Cable, the nation’s second-largest cable operator, will add 50 full-time and 120 part-time jobs at the outbound center.
