SureWest, Mixed Signals, AdGorilla name new execs
SureWest Communications, Mixed Signals and AdGorilla have all recently added new executives to their respective teams.
SureWest has promoted three of its employees. Paul Krueger has been named executive director of business sales, Ron Rogers is now director of corporate communications and Misty Wells has assumed the role of manager of investor relations.
Krueger continues to manage the business sales operations for SureWest in the Sacramento region. Prior to joining SureWest, Krueger worked as an account executive for Mitel Telecommunications Systems.
Rogers will oversee all investor relations communications. He will continue to oversee all media relations activities and community relations functions and assumes the responsibility of employee communications.
And Wells will be responsible for facilitating plans and programs for ongoing shareholder-base development, analyzing financial results and projections, monitoring stock volume and tracking SureWest peers to assess stock valuation and the marketability of company stock. Previously, Wells worked in various financial positions for TCI Cablevision and Sun Microsystems.
Mixed Signals has added four new employees to the company’s expanding sales force: Jeff Porter, Rob Wiggins, Tino Muders and Crystal Hoey. Porter, who recently joined as director of sales in the Northeast, is the recipient of this year’s 42nd annual Cable TV Pioneer Award. His experience includes senior sales positions with BigBand Networks and ADC.
Wiggins, joining as director of sales for the Central U.S., Caribbean and Latin America regions, has held positions ranging from director of worldwide sales at Sage Instruments, to regional sales manager at IneoQuest.
Mixed Signals has also named Tino Muders as a senior systems consultant. Muders, who will be based in Germany, comes to the company from BigBand Networks.
Crystal Hoey joins the company as a member of the sales engineering team and will be responsible for sales engineering support, including the installation of products, training of customer staff, and ongoing customer support for the central U.S.
Finally, AdGorilla has named Carla Cortis as EVP of corporate strategy. Cortis will oversee strategic processes for execution by AdGorilla’s three divisions: AdGorillaq, AdGorillatv and AdGorillai. Before joining AdGorilla, Cortis was VP of distribution and field marketing for Lifetime Entertainment Services.
