* MP3 with those fries? AT&T to connect up digital jukeboxes
AT&T  signed a three-year contract with TouchTunes Music  to provide high-speed Internet access to the latter's digital jukeboxes, which are updated by downloading music to them.
TouchTunes has installed about 20,000 digital jukeboxes in bars, restaurants, nightclubs and other venues in the U.S. By using AT&T's high-speed Internet service, TouchTunes said it will be able to offer new features, including expanded music selections, intravenue connectivity for coordinated/shared music entertainment, live concert feeds, and e-mail/browser functionality for venue owners and managers.
The provider plans to grow to 120,000 subscribers within three years. Lijbrandt said one reason it chose Amino was because Amino offered pre-integration and extensive pre-testing, which allowed Lijbrandt to rush out the service in time to broadcast the World Cup.
* SupportSoft gets "the boot" - a customer in Italy
Italy's Fastweb  has deployed SupportSoft's  SmartAccess software for automated installation of DSL broadband VoIP and Internet services, and its ServiceGateway software to provide wireless home networking and gateway management for its IP service offerings.
Fastweb serves more than 790,000 subscribers.
* RCN bows customizable portal
RCN Corp.  launched its new portal , which allows registered users to customize the page. Visitors can customize the page by designating their favorite news feeds, sites and information. RCN's portal is hosted by Infospace, and is free to all users.
* Exavio names VP of worldwide sales
Exavio  announced Warren Allgyer has joined the company as vice president of worldwide sales.
Allgyer joined Exavio from Pinnacle Systems, where he served as senior vice president of Asia Pacific sales. Previously, he was at Kasenna Inc., where he served as VP of worldwide sales. Prior to that, he served as president of Panasonic Broadcast USA, and before that, vice president of Panasonic's Systems Solutions business.
