Vyve teams up with Level 3, Alianza for VoIP service
Vyve Broadband has teamed up with Level 3 and Alianza for its VoIP service.
Vyve picked Alianza’s turnkey wholesale VoIP platform, the latter of which is part of Level 3’s Carrier Cloud Voice Solution. Alianza’s cloud-based VoIP platform is combined with access to Level 3’s VoIP Enhanced Local Service, resulting in a hosted voice platform.
Alianza's Cloud Voice Platform provides various voice technologies including application program interfaces (APIs) for back-office integration and ease of management via web-based portals.
“Vyve Broadband was formed with a core strategy to provide a truly, next-generation broadband customer experience to the largely underserved markets that we have recently acquired,” said Vin Zachariah, senior vice president of residential services for Vyve Broadband. “After a rigorous analysis of all of the potential voice technology partners, Vyve is confident that the Alianza cloud voice solution is the best offering for our commercial and residential customers.”
Vyve Broadband, which changed its name from BCI Broadband, was formed last year by former executives from Bresnan Communications. It serves subscribers across Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, Wyoming and Colorado.
