Bright House Networks Enterprise Solutions inks deal with crisis center
Bright House Networks Enterprise Solutions has signed an agreement to provide business services to the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay.
The non-profit crisis center will use Bright House Networks Enterprise Solutions’ dedicated Internet access (DIA), enterprise trunking and metro Ethernet services to better serve its patients.
The crisis center will work with Enterprise Solutions to build a data center that will serve as its primary voice and data hub, and offer failover and disaster recovery in the event of an outage.

"As we increase the range of our service delivery, it is imperative that we have a communications solution that can help us continue to expand our services as necessary."
Enterprise Solutions will also provide advanced trunk group routing and metro Ethernet between the crisis center's two locations, and increase its DIA speeds as needed.

In February Bright House Networks Enterprise Solutions said it was the first cable operator in the nation to achieve CiscoMaster Service Provider Certification.
