Cablevision’s Toner elected as chair of CTAM board
The executive committee of the CTAM board of directors announced the election of Gemma Toner, senior vice president, broadband product management, Cablevision to a one-year term as board chair.
CTAM said that Toner has served on its board for the past three years, and played a key role in the organization’s recent transition to a business marketing organization supported by member companies.
“I speak for the entire board in saying we’re thrilled to have Gemma lead our board,” said John F. Lansing, president and CEO, CTAM. “She has a deep understanding of CTAM’s mission, along with a razor-sharp strategic perspective that is critical to our success during this year of change.”
The committee also elected Jonathan Hargis, executive vice president and chief marketing officer, Charter, and David Preschlack, executive vice president, affiliate sales and marketing, Disney and ESPN Media Networks, to serve second terms in their respective roles as vice chair and secretary/treasurer.
