Charter Communications has added two Wall Street veterans to its management team. Charles Fisher will join Charter as senior vice president of corporate finance on Monday, while Stefan Anninger has been named vice president of investor relations.

"I have worked with both Charles and Stefan over the years, and their financial expertise and knowledge of our industry will serve Charter well,” said Charter chief financial officer and executive vice president Christopher Winfrey. “We're pleased to have attracted two such high-quality hires to our leadership team."

With both positions reporting to Winfrey, Fisher will be responsible for Charter's capital markets and merger and acquisition activities. Anninger will be responsible for developing and managing Charter's relationships with the investment community and shareholders.

Fisher was previously a senior managing director with Guggenheim Securities. Prior to joining Guggenheim Securities, Fisher was at Nomura Securities, where he headed the media investment banking practice for the Americas.

Previously he served as a managing director and led Lehman Brothers and Nomura's European cable investment banking business in London and was a managing director for Lehman Brothers in both London and New York, as well.

Anninger came to Charter from Credit Suisse, where he served as vice president and the senior equity analyst covering U.S. telecommunications, including cable and satellite TV, where he covered Charter.

Prior to his five years at Credit Suisse, Anninger worked at both JP Morgan and Bear Stearns, where he covered the cable and satellite TV industry. Prior to his work in finance, he was with Showtime Networks as director of corporate strategy and international and director of business development.

Charter will report its fourth-quarter and year-end results on Feb. 22.
