Under the deal, Motorola will bundle Zone Labs' CD-ROM with the SURFboard SB4200 retail cable modem, and may offer it to its broadband cable operator customers via bundling and its Web site, it says.
Net2Phone and its ADIR Technologies unit filed a lawsuit against Cisco Systems, alleging Cisco reneged on an agreement and misrepresented the basis of a business relationship. "This appears to be an effort to justify a business failure by filing a lawsuit," says Cisco spokesman Steve Langdon. ADIR has also announced it would pursue further cost-cutting measures.
