Digital TV VII: A Survey Of Consumers in Digital Cable Markets, a telephone survey, is the seventh in a series produced by Horowitz Associates and S. Liebmann and Associates. NEC and Thomson combining plasma display businesses

People are lining up to get their digital television since WSNet, a provider of direct-to-home digital video programming, has paired with Socorro Satellite Systems. "We have had an overwhelming response to WSNet's digital service," Marilyn Madrid, head of cable services for Socorro, said in a statement.

Aerocast wraps up trial

The trial enabled its participants to access entertainment-quality streaming media on demand from their homes for the first time.
