BendBroadband has beefed up its recently launched TV Everywhere service with the addition of HBO Go and Max Go.

The HBO and Cinemax authenticated video content was announced this morning, which follows on the heels of the Bend, Ore., cable operator first launching the service earlier this month with video content from Turner Broadcasting.

"BendBroadband is delighted to be one of the first small cable operators in the nation to launch these exciting new services," said John Farwell, BendBroadband's vice president of business operations. "Ultimately, being a technology leader means delivering products and services that enhance the value for our customers and enrich their experience."

BendBroadband customers that subscribe to HBO and Cinemax have free, unlimited access to the corresponding new online services at any time, on any computer in the U.S. with a high-speed Internet connection, as well as on iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch and some Android devices.

HBO Go added more than 1,400 HBO online titles to BendBroadband's TV Everywhere stable, while Max Go brought in more than 400 titles.

Synacor is handling the single sign-on authentication for BendBroadband across the HBO Go, Max Go and Turner content offerings.

With the online services, BendBroadband customers get most of the new titles the same time as they premiere on the networks; the ability to create a "Watchlist" that keeps track of bookmarked content for later viewing; bonus content, including interviews, recaps and behind-the-scenes extras; and customizable views showing titles in slideshow, grid or list format.

In addition, HBO Go can be personalized through a "Series Pass" capability that automatically alerts viewers to new episodes of favorite HBO programs when they arrive on the service.

Over the coming months, BendBroadband expects to announce TV Everywhere offerings from Showtime Anywhere and ESPN3.
