Effective Friday, SeaChange International chief financial officer Kevin Bisson has left the company to accept a position at another publicly traded company.
SeaChange expects to announce the appointment of a new CFO this week.
Bisson served as CFO, treasurer, secretary, and senior vice president of finance and administration since joining SeaChange in March of 2006. Prior to SeaChange, Bisson was senior vice president and CFO at American Superconductor.
"We sincerely thank Kevin for his years of dedication to SeaChange and his contributions toward ensuring the company's continued financial strength and strong balance sheet. We wish him well in his future endeavors,” said SeaChange CEO Raghu Rau.
Rau took over as interim CEO when former SeaChange founder, chairman and CEO William Styslinger retired in December.
