Time Warner Cable has promoted Scott Miller as its vice president of operations for its Kansas City/Nebraska system, while Bob Barlow was named president of the company's Oceanic system.

Barlow was most recently president of Time Warner Cable's San Diego division before succeeding Nate Smith as president of Oceanic, according to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser. Smith left his position as president in June when he was promoted to senior vice president of business development in Time Warner Cable's corporate offices in New York City
During his 30-year cable career, Barlow has worked as an executive for Time Warner Cable in South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida and Indiana.
