ETI Software Solutions and Cycle30 have struck up a partnership to provide end-to-end hosted billing services for mid-tier telecom, cable and utility operators in North America.
Cycle30, which is a subsidiary of cable operator GCI, will use ETI Software's activation and provisioning offering, which is called Triad, in its hosted platform. Cycle30's goal is to provide converged service operators with a completely hosted order-to-cash platform made up of top-tier commercial software solutions.
"We chose ETI because of its proven success in the market," said Jim Dunlap, president of Cycle30. "Triad uses one simple platform to easily integrate with all major billing systems right out of the box. Just as impressive, Triad connects with more next-generation technologies than any of its competitors, including FTTH, IPTV and HSD.
"Cycle30 is the only billing provider that understands the business from the operator's point of view. We are aligning with partners like ETI who understand our philosophy."
