Time Warner Cable recently promoted Shannon Miller to regional vice president of operations. According to The Cincinnati Enquirer, Mullen was previously vice president of customer care.

In her new position, Mullen will have operational responsibility for 850,000 customer relationships in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas in Ohio, as well as recently integrated operations in Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia and Illinois. She has 12 years of experience in management in Time Warner's residential services unit.

"Shannon brings unique qualities to the position through her work as a supervisor, manager, director and vice president for Time Warner Cable in southwest Ohio," said Rhonda Fraas, president of residential services for Time Warner Cable's Midwest region. "She has seen what it takes to satisfy the customer firsthand."
