Mobile workforce management specialist Toa Technologies has partnered with Cycle30, a new company providing small- and medium-size telecom, cable and utility providers with a hosted, end-to-end billing operations platform.
The first client using both solutions will be GCI.
Cycle30 will integrate Toa’s platform with its billing and OSS suite to increase workforce efficiency, reduce expenses and improve customer service.
Cycle30 has integrated several top-tier commercial software components to build a completely integrated end-to-end billing and OSS platform for converged providers.
Toa’s mobile workforce management system predicts appointment times, automates scheduling and routing in real time, and manages customer communications to update subscribers with their appointment status.
Last week, Suddenlink Communications deployed Toa’s mobile workforce management system to consolidate its field technical operations and customer appointment management into a central standardized system. Suddenlink managers can monitor all field activities down to the level of the individual technician and each customer appointment under a unified, real-time view of daily operations.
