Over the past eight years, Optimum Lightpath has lit up more than 70 buildings in the New York City metropolitan area for Mack-Cali Realty.

Mack-Cali is a Northeast commercial real estate broker with a tenant base that includes financial services, health care, and mid- to large-size enterprise customers. Buildings that Optimum Lightpath serves in its footprint for Mack-Cali include locations in Morris County and Jersey City in New Jersey and Westchester County in New York.

Provisioning financial services in areas such as Jersey City is also a focus of Optimum Lightpath, with offerings that include low-latency optical transport service, 40 gigabit optical transport service and Virtual Private Ring Service (VPRS).

The other services that Optimum Lightpath provides to Mack-Cali’s tenant base include disaster recovery and business continuity, as well as the ability to provision the services in a timely manner.

“Mack-Cali’s relationship with Optimum Lightpath has emerged as a competitive differentiator, empowering us to attract and retain business, while assuring our tenants that they will always have access to high-quality telecommunications services,” said Nicholas Mitarotonda Jr., vice president of information systems for Mack-Cali. “Optimum Lightpath has successfully met the demand that our tenants have for cost-effective, high-bandwidth services with fast turn-up times.”
