Openet said it has enhanced the ability of its Subscriber Data Management (SDM) system to integrate the viewership data of cable TV subscribers.

The enhancements provide network operators with both productized and custom business intelligence solutions, including data models, reporting development and data integration.

Under the umbrella of the SDM architecture, audience measurement capabilities are extended across all systems within an operator network, meaning that subscriber data from disparate locations can be aggregated and unified for end-to-end visibility and maximum results.

Openet’s Audience and Engagement Measurement solution provides cable operators the ability to measure subscriber activities across all video services, including linear and non-linear viewing data and click streams associated with interactive television (iTV).

The solution enables operators to handle usage data and subscriber profile information in real time to deliver personalized services and targeted marketing campaigns.
