SureWest picks Entiera for targeting advertising database

SureWest Communications has selected Entiera to support its targeted advertising marketing endeavors.

With the deal, SureWest will use Entiera Insight, which will help provide SureWest with a hosted and database platform that will aid it in creating and executing multi-channel customer engagements.

“We selected Entiera as a strategic business partner with an eye toward improving customer acquisition and reducing customer churn,” said Pete Drozdoff, SureWest’s vice president of marketing. “Entiera will help us integrate our systems into a single database that will be more simple and faster to use and provide us a better picture of our current and potential customers.”
