By CED staff

Time Warner Cable Business Class, a division of Time Warner Cable, announced that Jim Delis joined the company as vice president of national sales.

Delis will oversee the national sales organization for the company’s direct retail, indirect, telesales and wholesale channels. The direct retail sales force focuses on large multi-location customers, while indirect includes the company’s partner program that works with channel partners to sell products and services on behalf of TWCBC. The telesales operation provides services to SMB customers, and the wholesale channel offers last mile access to national and regional carriers.

“We are delighted to have Jim as a part of the TWCBC leadership team. He brings vast experience in developing, managing and growing successful B2B sales teams in highly competitive environments,” said Craig Collins, senior vice president of business services sales and marketing for Time Warner Cable Business Services. “He will play a key role in the ongoing expansion of our national sales organization in both the retail and wholesale channels.”

Delis has more than 20 years of sales, marketing and business operations experience in wireless and wireline telecommunications. He came to TWCBC after 11 years at XO Communications, where he held a number of executive-level sales, business development, channel management and operations positions for its business services division.
