Camiant and Blueslice Networks have integrated their respective technologies to come up with a new policy control and subscriber management offering.

The integration combines Camiant’s Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) with Blueslice’s subscriber management solutions. The integration will be shown at this year’s Mobile World Congress.

As part of an overall strategic partnership, Camiant and Blueslice said they would:

• Perform tight integration and testing of the Camiant PCRF with the Blueslice Subscription Profile Repository (SPR) and Home Subscriber Server (HSS).
• Bring to market an LTE-ready PCRF+HSS solution to give operators a quick and smooth introduction to Evolved Packet Core systems.
• Jointly contribute to the next-generation Subscription Profile Repository standards by providing insight on best-of-breed “policy information models.”
• Work with service providers to create a customized solution offering that meets their unique policy control and subscriber management needs.
