Avenue Broadband Communications will use Sigma Systems’ hosted solution for device provisioning.

The service provider will deploy the Sigma Systems Device Provisioning Manager (DPM), along with performance monitoring by Centina Systems' NetOmnia.

The combination of technologies will be sourced through American Technical Support.

Avenue Broadband CEO Kay Monigold said: “We chose American Technical Support not only for their ability to monitor our high-speed data devices, but because they could give us visibility into our routers, switches, UPS devices and video components, as well. The American Technical Support solution will enable us to understand faster the customer impact of a wide range of infrastructure issues.”

Avenue Broadband claims more than 17,000 high-speed data and voice customers in Indiana and Illinois.
