Neustar announced today that Time Warner Cable has finished deploying its risk management services throughout the MSO’s entire footprint.

Neustar delivers comprehensive risk management services across all products and services, mitigating subscriber acquisition risks and thwarting fraudulent activity.

Neustar said Time Warner Cable was committed to the development of an effective and compliant “Red Flag” program. Neustar' system provides extensive subscriber lifecycle management – from acquisition to ongoing customer management – using a combination of complex algorithms and flexible rules.

"Utilizing Neustar's risk management services has enabled us to mitigate the unauthorized use of another's identity to obtain services, as well as realize significant savings from the process," said Mark Boehler, director of corporate security at Time Warner Cable.
