Advanced Media Technologies has named Juan Carlos Marchesini as director of its systems integration division.

In his new role, Marchesini will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s technical support, including engineering and installation services.

AMT said that it will provide a complete suite of services, including turnkey solutions for digital headend and CMTS deployments, as well as VOD and ad-insertion installations.

In terms of pre-sales support, the systems integration division will work with the sales team, ensuring that products recommended for a solution best meet the customer’s needs, as well as solving any compatibility issues and possible systems integration challenges, AMT said.

And at the post-sales level, AMT engineers will work to isolate and identify problems with hardware and software, offering a quick and efficient solution, according to the company.
