Want to schedule your DVR recordings on your AT&T U-verse service through your iPod Touch or iPhone? There’s an app for that.

The Apple App Store recently came up with the free U-verse TV Mobile Remote Access App for the company’s iPhone and iPod Touch devices. The app allows users to search U-verse TV program listings from the full program guide, view descriptions of selected programs, schedule program or series recordings, manage or edit scheduled recordings, and delete stored DVR content.

AT&T also recently announced the expected launch Monday of its U-verse services in parts of Corpus Christi in the company’s home state of Texas.

AT&T U-verse TV, AT&T U-verse high-speed Internet and AT&T U-verse Voice are delivered over AT&T’s IP network.
