Correction to “TWC picks OpenTV's ad management platform”

As a follow-up to Mike Robuck’s article on May 7 about TWC selecting OpenTV’s EclipsePlus Ad Campaign Manager, Paul Delzio of Arris notes that it was the Arris ConvergeMedia Ad Decision Manager (ADM) demonstration at The Cable Show with the Open TV EclipsePlus that will enable an operator to identify national ads breaks to do real-time localized ad substitutions based on geographic market data – a critical underpinning for Canoe Ventures’ industry-wide advertising initiatives.
The Arris ConvergeMedia ADM can manage large quantities of national ad spots dynamically and target them to specific demographics creating an environment that increases precision and accountability.
