PerfTech signs up 3 more customers

PerfTech said it has picked up three new customers, including a top-10 U.S. cable operator. PerfTech provides a customer notification system, notably used by Rogers Communications when the operator introduced bandwidth consumption caps to communicate with its subscribers about their service usage. 

PerfTech’s new customers were, as customary, unidentified, but they allowed the vendor to characterize them a bit. The top-10 MSO serves approximately three-quarters of a million subscribers across multiple states.

Insight Communications is the MSO that best fits the description, though it could also be Cable One.

The other new customers include a mid-size operator based in the Midwest with more than 150,000 customers, and a small, award-winning, independent operator based in the Midwest and known as an early adopter of new technology.

PerfTech said all three will deploy its Bulletin System platform and one or more messaging applications, among them service alerts, modem upgrade notices and/or metered-usage alerts.
