ZillionTV Corp. today announced its executive management team, which includes seasoned veterans from the cable, advertising, entertainment and commerce industries.

Joining CEO Mitch Berman, who is a cable and broadcast veteran, on the ZillionTV executive team are: chief creative officer David Dozoretz; Charles Cataldo, senior vice president of ZillionTV’s Digital Entertainment Group; Mike Catalano, chief technology officer; Andrew Robinson, senior vice president of operations; Patrick Gauthier, senior vice president of product marketing and strategy; Bonnie Stone, senior vice president of advertising; Liz Seidner Davidoff, senior vice president of global marketing; and chief financial officer Erik K. Bardman.

“The ZillionTV team [comprises] individuals with diverse experiences who have come together to deliver the first truly personalized television service,” Berman said. “Heralded from Visa, HBO, OpenTV, eBay, Turner, Disney and Akamai, these talented members of ZillionTV’s management have formed a strategic collaboration that is best suited [for] delivering the future of television entertainment.”

Earlier this month, ZillionTV unveiled its plan to offer free digital video to subscribers. While ZillionTV’s content is free, customers must be willing to watch advertising from ZillionTV’s sponsors and advertisers (story here).
